Quick Tip – Set Building Captain<\/h1>\n

A little-used feature is that R5 and Militarist (and possibly one other officer position – not sure) can set a new building captain.<\/p>\n

In the example above (Alliance Clash \/ Water War<\/strong>), clicking the red button to the right of my name (Zombie BBQ) would allow me to set myself as captain of Military Base 1.<\/p>\n

This is an excellent way to make sure that a large player with a decent rally size is building captain, allowing more reinforcements.<\/p>\n

Likewise, and maybe more importantly, this feature can be used during Wasteland King<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

This can be really helpful during shift changes or when the captain needs to refresh their march.<\/p>\n

In the bottom example, the captain has Super Reinforced<\/strong>, which automatically makes them the captain (if they were not already) and applies their boosts to all troops in the building.<\/p>\n

The “Change Captain” button at the bottom ONLY allows an individual player to take over Super Reinforcement, whereas the R5 and Militarist can set any player<\/strong> as captain by using the red button instead.<\/p>\n

So if Zombie BBQ clicks Change Captain, Zombie will be the new defensive captain, but can’t designate another player.\u00a0 I believe that only R4+ can use the Change Captain button, but I’m not 100% sure.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
